WEIGHBRIDGE SERVICES

Electronic Control of coal tonnage moved from production area to the plant to the stockpile to the weighbridge out the gate and received by the client. SA Weighbridge and Coal Control controls the total supply chain if it comes to weight control. This includes the personnel at the weighbridge's and coal control officers who generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for the client to reconcile input and output tonnage.

To date we have been privileged to be of service to a number of Collieries, not only to staff their operations, but also to effect a considerable reduction in losses. SA Weighbridge and Coal Control has a unique and specialized Coal & Weighbridge Control System, especially developed for the Coal Industries in South Africa for strict control of the movement of coal from one site to another.

Coal control can only be achieved by implementing strict disciplinary procedures that everybody has to adhere to. (Weighbridge Personnel,Security Personnel, Coal Control Officers, Transporters and Loader Operators). Contract Quality Management teams, that provide an ISO:9002 level of management who are dedicated and committed to contribute towards the uplifting of the Industry profile, through dedicated ongoing involvement in the industry matters at the highest level.

REMOTE OFFSITE MONITORING (R.O.M.)

SA Weighbridge & Coal Control, ROM (Remote Offsite Monitoring) is a company that specializes in the design, and supply of video surveillance systems for the Weighbridge Industry.

LABOUR HIRE

SA Weighbridge and Coal Control finds itself in the privileged position to handle the recruitment, appointment and training of staff for weighbridges such as coal controllers and weighbridge clerks.. This includes, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labour. This makes SA Weighbridge and Coal Control the proud owner of valuable intellectual capital regarding the coal industry.

The competence of our management reflects in the good relationships that we have been able to build up with both our clients and our employees. This fact is also reflected in the good relationship we have been able to build up with the Unions. We also have our own Legal Department, and we strive always to observe at least the minimum compliance with the different Acts and Regulations that apply to our company.

We have an ongoing skills development plan that is important for both our clients and our employees. Furthermore we have been able to secure the services of loyal and valued employees by the fact that our wages are in accordance with and above those of the Chamber mines. For the benefit of the employees we have also instituted a Provident Fund, underwritten by well-known underwriters. We further provide services to our employees such as free bus services in order to manage full working hours, which again are valued by our clients.

For a matter of record we have always been able to comply with any contractors pack provided by any of the Collieries.
