Company Profile and Brief Overview
Holistic Dimensions was originally founded and registered in 2006 as ABET Consultants and Programme Providers for the Corporate, N.G.O. and Governmental Departments. In order to be in compliance with the governments empowerment initiative the company transformed as from day one and is growing into a respected and well-known Black Owned company. The subsequent growth of this company is reflected in client confidence and the success of the company is in providing a professional service over a broad range of sectors.
Holistic Dimensions brings together expertise and knowledge in operational management and a thorough understanding of ABET (GET) training and development, Management and Supervisory (FET) training and development and Legal Training and/or representation to the labour industry market in South and Southern Africa.
Holistic Dimensions has its primary aim to empower the employees disadvantaged by the previous dispensation, through skills development and training to enable them to become independent and competitive in the country’s economic structure.
With the new changes in the country, we strive for excellence in customer service and at the same time to give the client value for their money.

HOLISTIC DIMENSIONS COMPANY STRUCTURE

Holistic Dimensions board is chaired by André Marais. André Marais is a well-known entrepreneur, training and development specialist and businessman in the emerging economy of South Africa.
The above three members of Holistic Dimensions have a sound managing reputation in the Education, Training and Development and Legal Services industry. Together they shared 62 years of their expertise with global companies like Telkom, BHP Billiton, Anglo American, Xstrata, Barloworld, Eskom, Tiger Brands, etc.
Holistic Dimensions has been registered with the Independent Examinations Board (I.E.B.). Students can write examinations set by the I.E.B. Examinations cover unit standards registered with SAQA. They form part of the N.Q.F. / S.A.Q.A. guidelines for Adult Education. Holistic Dimensions is further accredited by UMALUSI, the Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training. Students will have an alternative form of assessment, which is the Portfolio Assessment as provided by UNISA.

We pursue our mission through the application of services excellence to the approved projects, which we conceive and execute in partnership with our clients, NQF, Umalusi, SAQA, IEB, UNISA and the Department of Education.

BROAD BASED SOCIO-ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
We are able to provide broad based socioeconomic empowerment credentials, on a contract project basis, that fully satisfy supplier/contractor elements of the Mining Scorecard and other applicable Scorecards pertaining to our professional services and input to industries of all the Sector Education and Training Authorities.
FLEXIBILITY
We are flexible in determining the best solution for the need identified project and committed to working together to determine the most appropriate contracting strategy for our client.
REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING
Adherence to both legal and client requirements requires that we tailor our rigorous reporting and accounting systems to suit individual contracts. We maintain a comprehensive set of records (such as training, administration, safety, operations, accounting, etc.) which may be called for by the client, NQF, Umalusi, SAQA, IEB, UNISA and the Department of Education as required.

Holistic Dimensions acknowledges that the organizations core function is not training and that production is of paramount importance to the existence of the organization. Holistic Dimensions will therefore manage the training from inception to completion and are apt at designing rosters that does not impact on production. Holistic Dimensions further liaises with the SETA in obtaining grants for training and submits WSP’s, Annual Training Reports including EE reports for organization, thus allowing the organization in meeting the legal requirements and developing its associates while concentrating on its core function with no impact on production.
